Rep. Aagard called the meeting to order at 9:10 a.m. and welcomed those in attendance. Committee members and staff introduced themselves.
H.B. 14 Bond Election Process Amendments (Rep. F. Hunsaker)
Rep. Hunsaker introduced H.B. 14 and explained it to the committee.
Spoke to the bill: Andrew Stephenson, Utah Taxpayers Association
MOTION: Rep. Hansen moved to pass the bill out favorably. The motion passed with Rep. Tilton voting in opposition to the motion.
MOTION: Rep. Hendrickson moved to adjourn. The motion passed unanimously. The meeting adjourned at 9:38 a.m.
