MOTION: Rep. Litvack moved to approve the minutes of the January 18, 2005 meeting. The motion passed unanimously with Rep. Jones and Rep. Mascaro absent for the vote.
H.B. 25 Direct-entry Midwife Act (Rep. J. Biskupski)
Rep. Biskupski introduced H.B. 25 and explained it to the committee. She was assisted by Suzanne Smith, Utah Midwives Association. Rep. Biskupski distributed handouts to the committee.
