Rep. Adams called the meeting to order at 9:32 a.m.

MOTION:    Rep.Wallace moved to approve the minutes of the January 31, 2005 meeting. The motion passed unanimously with Reps. Cosgrove, Dunnigan, Fisher, and Morgan absent for the vote.

H.B. 149    Vehicle Identification Number Inspectors (Rep. C. Frank)

Rep. Frank explained the bill to the committee assisted by Wayne James, Independent Auto Dealers Association.

MOTION:    Rep. Clark moved to pass the bill out favorably. The motion passed unanimously.

MOTION:    Rep. Daw moved to place HB149 on the Consent Calendar. The motion failed with Reps. Dee, Dunnigan, Fisher, and Adams voting against the motion.

MOTION:    Rep. Morgan moved to adjourn the meeting. The motion passed unanimously. Rep. Adams adjourned the meeting at 9:45 a.m.
