Committee Chair Hellewell called the meeting to order at 8:38 a.m.
MOTION: Sen. Hickman moved to approve the minutes of the Jan. 28, 2005 meeting.
The motion passed unanimously.
1. S.J.R. 11 Resolution Limiting Number of Governor's Terms (C. Walker)
Sen. Walker explained the bill.
MOTION: Sen. Hale moved to pass the bill with a favorable recommendation.
The motion passed with Sen. Hickman voting in opposition.
2. S.B. 152 Business License Fees (M. Waddoups)
MOTION: Sen. Hickman moved to reschedule this item for the next meeting.
The motion passed unanimously.
3. S.B. 140 Personal Use of Campaign Funds (K. Hale)
Sen. Hale explained the bill.
The following spoke in support of the bill.

MOTION: Sen. Hale moved to pass the bill with a favorable recommendation.

The motion passed unanimously.
Committee Chair Hellewell adjourned the meeting at 9:15 a.m.
