Committee Chair Killpack called the meeting to order at 9:15 a.m.
MOTION: Sen. Jenkins moved to approve the minutes of February 17, 2005.
The motion passed unanimously.
1. H.B. 270 Temporary Road Closures (M. Noel)
Rep. Noel explained the bill.
MOTION: Sen. Jenkins moved to pass the bill out favorably.
The motion passed unanimously.
MOTION: Sen. Jenkins moved to adjourn.
