             8      General Description:
             9          This resolution amends the timing requirement for filing a Declaration of Conflict of
             10      Interest form.
             11      Highlighted Provisions:
             12          This resolution:
             13          .    requires a legislator to file H. [ annually ] .H a Declaration of Conflict of Interest form
             13a      H. annually and when the legislator changes employment .H .
             14      Special Clauses:
             15          This resolution provides an immediate effective date.

             20      Be it resolved by the House of Representatives of the state of Utah:
             21          Section 1. HR-26.01 is amended to read:
             22           HR-26.01. Declaration of Conflict of Interest Form.
             23          The H. [ annual ] .H filing of the Declaration of Conflict of Interest form with the Chief
             23a      Clerk of
             24      the House H. each year and whenever the legislator changes employment .H satisfies the
             24a      requirement of disclosing a legislator's conflict of interest.
             25          Section 2. Effective date.
             26          This resolution takes effect upon approval by a constitutional majority vote of all
             27      members of the House of Representatives.
