10 This bill repeals provisions relating to dependent special districts.

25 Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
26 Section 1. Repealer.
27 This bill repeals:
28 Section 17A-3-1101, Establishing districts.
29 Section 17A-3-1401, Creation.
