7 LONG TITLE
8 General Description:
9 This bill repeals a provision of the Economic Development Incentives Act related to not
10 qualifying for financial assistance from the Industrial Assistance Fund.
11 Highlighted Provisions:
12 This bill:
13 . repeals the provision in the Economic Development Incentives Act that precludes a
14 project qualified to receive partial rebates of new state revenues generated by the
15 project under the Act from receiving additional financial assistance from the
16 Industrial Assistance Fund.

25 Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
