             7      LONG TITLE
             8      General Description:
             9          This bill adds one new judge to the third judicial district.
             10      Highlighted Provisions:
             11          This bill:
             12          .    increases the number of juvenile court judges in the third judicial district to ten.
             13      Monies Appropriated in this Bill:
             14          None
             15      Other Special Clauses:
             16          None
             17      Utah Code Sections Affected:
             18      AMENDS:
             19          78-1-2.3, as last amended by Chapter 77, Laws of Utah 2005

             21      Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
             22          Section 1. Section 78-1-2.3 is amended to read:
             23           78-1-2.3. Number of juvenile judges and jurisdictions.
             24          The number of juvenile court judges shall be:
             25          (1) two juvenile judges in the First Juvenile District;
             26          (2) six juvenile judges in the Second Juvenile District;
             27          (3) [nine] ten juvenile judges in the Third Juvenile District;


             28          (4) four juvenile judges in the Fourth Juvenile District;
             29          (5) two juvenile judges in the Fifth Juvenile District;
             30          (6) one juvenile judge in the Sixth Juvenile District;
             31          (7) two juvenile judges in the Seventh Juvenile District; and
             32          (8) one juvenile judge in the Eighth Juvenile District.
