             8      LONG TITLE
             9      General Description:
             10          This bill extends the authority to issue general obligation bonds to construct a veterans
             11      nursing home in Ogden for two years.
             12      Highlighted Provisions:
             13          This bill:
             14          .    extends the authorization to issue $4,500,000 in general obligation bonds to
             15      construct a veterans nursing home in Ogden for two years.
             16      Monies Appropriated in this Bill:
             17          None
             18      Other Special Clauses:
             19          None
             20      Utah Code Sections Affected:
             21      AMENDS:
             22          63-55b-163, as last amended by Chapter 7, Laws of Utah 2005, First Special Session
             23     
             24      Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
             25          Section 1. Section 63-55b-163 is amended to read:
             26           63-55b-163. Repeal dates, Title 63 to Title 63B.
             27          (1) Section 63-38a-105 is repealed July 1, 2007.


             28          (2) Sections 63-63b-101 and 63-63b-102 are repealed on July 1, 2007.
             29          (3) Section 63A-1-110 is repealed July 1, 2006.
             30          (4) Title 63A, Chapter 6, Part 1, Division of Information Technology Services, is
             31      repealed on July 1, 2006.
             32          (5) Section 63B-14-101 is repealed December 31, [2006] 2008.
