             8      General Description:
             9          This bill appropriates $7,000,000 from the General Fund to the Governor's Office of
             10      Economic Development for the Hill Air Force Base Museum to match the same amount
             11      from a private donor and provides an effective date.
             12      Highlighted Provisions:
             13          This bill:
             14          .    appropriates $7,000,000 from the General Fund to the Governor's Office of
             15      Economic Development to be matched by funds from a private donor.
             16      Monies Appropriated in this Bill:
             17          This bill appropriates:
             18          .    $7,000,000 from the General Fund for fiscal year 2006-07 only, to the Governor's
             19      Office of Economic Development.
             20      Other Special Clauses:
             21          This bill takes effect on July 1, 2006.

             25      Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
             26          Section 1. Appropriation.
             27          There is appropriated $7,000,000 from the General Fund for fiscal year 2006-07 only,


             28      to the Governor's Office of Economic Development for the Hill Air Force Base Museum to be
             29      matched by funds from a private donor.
             30          Section 2. Effective date.
             31          This bill takes effect on July 1, 2006.
