MOTION: Rep. Hendrickson moved to approve the minutes of the January 30, 2006 meeting. The motion passed unanimously with Rep. Clark and Rep. Mathis absent for the vote.
H.B. 152 Navajo Trust Fund Amendments (Rep. B. King)
Rep. King explained the bill to the committee.
MOTION: Rep. Buttars moved to pass the bill out favorably. The motion passed unanimously.
MOTION: Rep. Mathis moved to place the bill on the consent calendar. The motion passed unanimously.
