MOTION:    Rep. Ray moved to approve the minutes of the February 6, 2006 meeting. The motion passed unanimously with Rep. Buxton absent for the vote.

S.B. 19    Amendments to Indoor Clean Air Act (Sen. M. Waddoups)

Sen. Waddoups introduced S.B. 19 and explained it to the committee. Beverly May, representing the Campaign for Tobacco-Free Kids, assisted Sen. Waddoups and showed a video presentation.
