Representative Allen called the meeting to order at 2:15 p.m.

Richard North, Policy Analyst, explained State and Municipal Utility Taxes, and provided a list of energy taxes authorized by Title 59.

Rep. Holdaway introduced the bill.

MOTION:    Rep. Noel moved to pass the bill out favorably .

H.B. 49    Department of Technology Services Personnel Transfer - Supplemental Appropriation (Rep. D. Clark)

MOTION:    Rep. Ure moved to replace HB 49, Department of Technology Services Personnel Transfer-Supplemental Appropriation ( Rep. D. Clark), with 1st Substitute HB 49, Department of Technology Services Personnel Transfer-Supplemental Appropriation (Rep. D. Clark). The motion passed unanimously with Rep. Daw and Rep. Ferry absent for the vote.

Rep. David Clark explained the bill with the assistance of Stephen Fletcher, CIO.

MOTION:    Rep. Ferry moved to pass the bill out favorably. The motion passed unanimously with Rep. Daw and Rep. Ure absent for the vote.

MOTION:    Rep. Fowlke moved to adjourn. The motion passed unanimously. Rep. Allen adjourned the meeting at 4:12 p.m.
