Sen. Madsen explained the bill assisted by Craig Bickmore, Director, Utah Automobile Dealers Association.
MOTION: Rep. Dougall moved to pass the bill out favorably. The motion passed unanimously.
MOTION: Rep. Dougall moved to place SB180 on the Consent Calendar. The motion passed unanimously.
MOTION: Rep. King moved to adjourn the meeting. The motion passed unanimously.
