Committee Chair Christensen called the meeting to order at 8:10 a.m.
1. S.B. 0019 Amendments to Indoor Clean Air Act (M. Waddoups)
Sen. Waddoups explained the bill and pointed out the difference between this bill and S.B. 77 which was considered by the committee last year.
The following individuals spoke in favor of the bill:

MOTION: Pres. Valentine moved to pass the bill out with a favorable recommendation.
The motion passed with Sen. Bell and Sen. Goodfellow voting against the motion.
2. S.B. 0057 Telehealth for Rural Utah (B. Evans)
Sen. Knudson presented the bill on behalf of Sen. Evans.
MOTION: Sen. Knudson moved to hold the bill until the next meeting.
SUBSTITUTE MOTION: Sen. Bell moved to pass the bill out favorably and refer the fiscal note to the appropriate appropriations subcommittee.
The motion passed unanimously.
3. S.B. 007 Child Protection Amendments (G. Bell)
Sen. Bell presented the bill.
