Committee Chair Buttars called the meeting to order at 9:50 a.m.
1. S.B. 173 Licensure of Programs and Facilities - Criminal Background Check Amendments (T. Hatch)
Sen. Hatch presented the bill.
Adam Trupp, Department of Human Services, clarified the bill.
Fraser Nelson, Disability Law Center, spoke in favor of holding the bill.
MOTION: Sen. Thomas moved to pass the bill out of committee with a favorable recommendation.
SUBSTITUTE MOTION: Sen. Hillyard moved to adjourn.
Committee Chair Buttars adjourned the meeting at 10:05 a.m.
