Committee Chair Killpack called the meeting to order at 9:08 a.m. and announced that S.B. 54 and S.B. 138 will not be heard today.
Approval of Minutes
MOTION: Sen. Walker moved to approve the minutes of January 17, 2006.
The motion passed unanimously with Sen. Mayne absent for the vote.
1. S.B. 51 Driving with a Controlled Substance in the Body (C. Walker)
Sen. Walker explained the bill assisted by Paul Boyden, Director, Prosecutors' Association.
Brian Nordberg, spoke to the bill.
MOTION: Sen. Jenkins moved to pass the bill out favorably.
The motion passed unanimously.
MOTION: Sen Jenkins moved to adjourn.
The motion passed unanimously at 9:20 a.m.
