             8      LONG TITLE
             9      General Description:

             10          This bill supplements or reduces appropriations previously provided for the use and
             11      operation of state government for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2006 and ending June 30, 2007.
             12      Highlighted Provisions:
             13          This bill:
             14          .    provides budget increases and decreases for the use and support of certain state agencies;
             15          .    provides intent language;
             16          .    appropriates restricted revenue to support economic development.
             17      Monies Appropriated in this Bill:
             18          This bill appropriates for fiscal year 2007:
             19          .    $1,528,000 from restricted revenue as detailed in this bill.
             20      Other Special Clauses:
             21          This bill provides an effective date.

             25      Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
             26          Section 1. Under the terms and conditions of Section 63-38-3, the following intent language
             27      applies to indicated items of appropriation made during the 2005 General Session.
             28      Capital Facilities & Administrative Services
             29      Department of Administrative Services
             30      Item 1    To Department of Administrative Services - Finance - Mandated
             31          Under Section 63-38-8 of the Utah Code the Legislature


             32      intends that funds provided for Development Zone Partial
             33      Rebates in Item 52 of Chapter 309 Laws of Utah 2005 not
             34      lapse at the close of fiscal year 2006.
             35          Section 2. Under the terms and conditions of Section 63-38-3, the following sums of money
             36      are appropriated from resources not otherwise appropriated, or reduced from amounts previously
             37      appropriated, out of the funds or fund accounts indicated for the use and support of the government
             38      of the State of Utah for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2006 and ending June 30, 2007. This is an
             39      addition to or a subtraction from amounts previously appropriated for fiscal year 2007.

                  44      Schedule of Programs:
             45      Development Zone Partial Rebates    1,528,000
             46          Section 3. Effective Date.
             47          If approved by two-thirds of all the members elected to each house, Section 1 of this bill
             48      takes effect upon approval by the Governor, or the day following the constitutional time limit of
             49      Utah Constitution Article VII, Section 8 without the Governor's signature, or in the case of a veto,
             50      the date of override. If approved by two-thirds of all the members elected to each house, Section 2
             51      of this bill takes effect on July 1, 2006.
