             9      LONG TITLE
             10      General Description:
             11          This bill establishes an ongoing appropriation to the Department of Natural Resources.
             12      Highlighted Provisions:
             13          This bill:
             14          .    establishes an ongoing appropriation of $500,000 to the Centennial Nonmotorized
             15      Paths and Trail Crossings Program administered by the Department of Natural
             16      Resources.
             17      Monies Appropriated in this Bill:
             18          This bill appropriates:
             19          .    as an ongoing appropriation, subject to future budget constraints, $500,000 to the
             20      Department of Natural Resources.
             21      Other Special Clauses:
             22          None
             23      Uncodified Material Affected:
             24      ENACTS UNCODIFIED MATERIAL

             26      Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
             27          Section 1. Appropriation to the Centennial Nonmotorized Paths and Trail



             28      Crossings Program.
             29          (1) As an ongoing appropriation subject to future budget constraints, there is
             30      appropriated from the General Fund for fiscal year 2007-08, $500,000 to the Department of
             31      Natural Resources.
             32          (2) It is the intent of the Legislature that the Department of Natural Resources use the
             33      monies appropriated in Subsection (1) to fund the Centennial Nonmotorized Paths and Trail
             34      Crossings Program created in Section 63-11a-503 .
