Rep. Noel called the meeting to order at 2:00 p.m.

MOTION:    Rep. Hunsaker moved to approve the minutes of January 24, 2007. The motion passed unanimously with Rep. Bird, Rep. Hemingway and Rep. Tilton absent for the vote.    

H.B. 50    Material Harmful to Minors Amendments (Rep. S. Wyatt)

Rep. Wyatt reintroduced the bill.
The committee heard further discussion.

MOTION:    Rep. Tilton moved to pass the bill out favorably.

SUBSTITUTE
MOTION:    Rep. McIff moved to hold the bill. The motion passed with Rep. Noel and Rep. Tilton voting in opposition.


H.B. 120    Utility Facility Review Board (Rep. A. Tilton)

This bill was not heard.

MOTION:    Rep. Mascaro moved to adjourn. The motion passed unanimously. Rep. Noel adjourned the meeting at 3:20 p.m.
