S.B. 69 Local Transportation Corridor Preservation Fund Amendments (Sen. S. Killpack)
Sen. Killpack introduced the bill to the committee.
MOTION: Rep. Neuenschwander moved to pass the bill out favorably. The motion passed unanimously, with Rep. S. Clark absent for the vote.
S.B. 186 Motor Vehicle Amendments (Sen. D. Eastman)
Sen. Killpack introduced the bill to the committee, with the assistance of Craig Bickmore, Executive Director, Utah Automobile Dealers Association.
MOTION: Rep. Menlove moved to pass the bill out favorably. The motion passed unanimously, with Rep. S. Clark absent for the vote.
Rep. Kiser relinquished the chair to Rep. King.
2nd Sub. S.B. 12 Funding for Purchase of State Highway Rights of Way (Sen. H. Stephenson)
Rep. Kiser introduced the bill to the committee.
MOTION: Rep. Kiser moved to amend the bill as follows:
1. Page 1, Lines 14 through 16 :
14 . requires the Department of Transportation to submit a budget request for corridor
15 preservation monies to the governor and the Legislature's Transportation,
16 Environmental Quality, and National Guard Appropriations Subcommittee

MOTION: Rep. S. Clark moved that 2nd Sub. S.B. 12 be placed on the Consent Calendar. The motion failed, with Rep. Holdaway voting in opposition.
MOTION: Rep. Menlove moved to adjourn the meeting. The motion passed unanimously.
