MOTION: Sen. Greiner moved to approve the minutes of February 14, 2007.
The motion passed unanimously with Sens. Bramble and Waddoups absent for the vote.
1. 1st Sub. H.B. 87 Severance Tax Related Amendments (Rep. G. Snow)
Rep. Snow explained the bill.
MOTION: Sen. Goodfellow moved to pass 1st Sub. H.B. 87 out of Committee with a favorable recommendation.
The motion passed unanimously with Sens. Bramble and Waddoups absent for the vote.
2. 1st Sub. H.B. 142 Fee in Lieu of Property Tax Amendments (Rep. R. Wheeler)
