Chair Madsen called the meeting to order at 8:46 a.m.
MOTION: Sen. Fife moved to approve the minutes of February 14, 2007. The motion passed unanimously.
1. S.B. 249 Economic Development Incentives Modifications
Sen. Fife presented the bill. Jason Perry, Executive Director, Governor's Office of Economic Development, helped explain the bill and spoke in support.
MOTION: Sen. Fife moved to pass S.B. 249, Economic Development Incentives Modifications, out of committee with a favorable recommendation.
The motion passed unanimously.
MOTION: Sen Fife moved to adjourn. The motion passed unanimously.
Chair Madsen adjourned the meeting at 8:50 a.m.
