MOTION: Rep. Dougall moved to approve the minutes of the February 18, 2008 meeting. The motion passed unanimously.
1st Sub. H.B. 316 Substance Abuse Treatment for Pregnant Women and Pregnant Minors (Rep. E. Hutchings)
Rep. Hutchings explained 1st Substitute H.B. 316 to the committee.

H.B. 445 Nursing Home Amendments (Rep. M. Newbold)
Rep. Newbold explained H.B, 445 to the committee.
MOTION: Rep. Dougall moved to amend the bill as follows:
