MOTION: Rep. Dougall moved to approve the minutes of the February 20, 2008 meeting. The motion passed unanimously.
S.B. 138 Utah Substance Abuse and Anti-violence Coordinating Council Amendments (Sen. D. C. Buttars)
Sen. Buttars explained the bill to the committee.
MOTION: Rep. Litvack moved to pass the bill with a favorable recommendation. The motion passed unanimously.
MOTION: Rep. Ray moved to place S.B. 138 on the Consent Calendar with the approval of Sen. Buttars. The motion passed unanimously.
2nd Sub. S.B. 184 Child Care Licensing Exemptions (Sen. J. Greiner)
