H.B. 111    Charitable Solicitation Act Amendments (Rep. J. Gowans)

Rep. Gowans explained H.B. 111 to the committee.

Spoke in opposition to the bill:    Francine Giani, Department of Commerce

MOTION:    Rep. Hutchings moved to adjourn the meeting. The motion passed unanimously.

Rep. Aagard adjourned the meeting at 9:31 a.m.
