Rep. Ray called the meeting to order at 4:20 p.m. and noted the excused absence of Rep. Bowman.

S.B. 187    Bail in Capital Offense Cases (Sen. J. Greiner)

Sen. Greiner presented the bill.

MOTION:    Rep. Wiley moved to pass the bill out favorably. The motion passed unanimously with Rep. Lockhart and Rep. Oda absent for the vote.

MOTION:    Rep. Wiley moved to place S.B. 187 on the Consent Calendar. The motion passed unanimously with Rep. Lockhart and Rep. Oda absent for the vote.

MOTION:    Rep. Wiley moved to approve the minutes of February 18, 2008. The motion passed unanimously with Rep. Lockhart and Rep. Oda absent for the vote.

Rep. Ray relinquished the Chair to Rep. Wimmer at 4:25 p.m.
