Rep. Barrus called the meeting to order at 2:00 p.m.
MOTION: Rep. Gibson moved to approve the minutes of the January 23, 2008 meeting. The motion passed unanimously with Rep. Donnelson and Rep. Draxler absent for the vote.
H.B. 51 Water Right Forfeiture Protection (Rep. P. Painter)
Rep. Painter thanked all those in attendance at the meeting. He stated that he would like to look at a substitute proposal and review the Bill further before presenting this important issue to the committee. He asked that the Bill be held until a future date.
MOTION: Rep. Gibson moved to adjourn the meeting.
