Rep. Last explained the bill.
Deb Hobbins, Utah Nurses Association, spoke in support of the bill.
MOTION: Sen. Knudson moved to pass the bill out favorably.
The motion passed unanimously.
2. H.B. 326S1 Children's Health Insurance Program (G. Curtis)
Speaker Curtis explained the bill.
Lincoln Nehring, Utah Health Policy Project, spoke in support of the bill.
3. S.B. 255 Hospital Lien (D. Peterson)
The bill was not heard.

The motion passed unanimously.
