22 Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
23 Section 1. Section 63A-5-901 is enacted to read:
24 Part 9. Naming of State Buildings
25 63A-5-901. Names of certain state buildings.
26 The following state buildings are named as follows:
27 (1) the Utah State Veterans Nursing Home, located in Salt Lake City, shall be known

28 as the Gordon Ewell Veterans Nursing Home; and
29 (2) the Second District Court building, located in Ogden, shall be known as the M.
30 Blaine Peterson Courthouse.
