Rep. Noel called the meeting to order at 2:07 pm. and called for a motion to approve the minutes of February 13, 2009.
MOTION: Representative Hunsaker moved to approve the minutes of February 13, 2009. The motion passed unanimously with Representatives Brown, Chavez-Houck, Gowans, Hemingway, Wilcox, and Winn absent for the vote.
SB0094 Underground Sewer Utilities Facilities Amendments (Sen. J. Greiner)
The sponsor introduced the bill and explained its intent.
Leland Myers, Central Davis Sewer District and Craig Sorensen, Chairman, CEO, Sorensen Companies, spoke in favor of the bill.
MOTION: Representative Barrus moved to pass the bill out favorably. The motion passed unanimously with Representatives Brown and Chavez-Houck absent for the vote.
MOTION: Representative Herrod moved to place the bill on the Consent Calendar. The motion passed unanimously with Representatives Brown and Chavez-Houck absent for the vote.
MOTION: Representative Wilcox moved to adjourn. The motion passed unanimously with Representatives Brown and Chavez-Houck absent for the vote.
