Chair Daw called the meeting to order at 8:33 a.m.

MOTION:    Rep. Mascaro moved to approve the minutes of the February 5, 2009 meeting. The motion passed unanimously, with Rep. Clark, Rep. Harper, Rep. Holdaway, Rep. Last, and Rep. Morley absent for the vote.

H.B. 112    Vehicle Towing Amendments (Rep. T. Kiser)

Rep. Kiser introduced the bill to the committee.

MOTION:    Rep. Mascaro moved to pass the bill out favorably. The motion passed         
        unanimously.

S.B. 97    Good Samaritan Act for Engineers (Sen. M. Waddoups) (Rep. F. Gibson)

Rep. F. Gibson introduced the bill to the committee.
