Chair Valentine called the meeting to order at 8:02 a.m.

Sen. Neiderhauser assumed the chair at the request of Chair Valentine.

Approval of Minutes

    MOTION:
Sen. Liljenquist moved that the minutes of February 17th and February 25th
    be approved.

    The motion passed unanimously, with Sens. Davis, Urquhart, and Van Tassell absent for the     vote.


1.     SB0187 Alcohol Amendments

    Sen. Valentine introduced and explained SB0187.
    Jeff Novak, Michael Hatefeld, Art Brown, Kris Kimball and Laura Bunker spoke in favor of SB0187.

    Melva Sine, Gordon Strachan, Mark Livingston, Eric Slymaker and Hans Feug spoke against SB0187.

    MOTION: Sen. Liljenquist moved to pass HB0187 out of committee with a favorable recommendation.

    The motion passed unanimously.

    HB0352S01 and SB0270 were not considered.

    MOTION: Sen. Van Tassell moved to adjourn.

    The motion passed unanimously.

     Chair Niederhauser adjourned the meeting at 8:58 a.m.
