MOTION: Sen. Van Tassell moved to approve the minutes of the January 30 and February 3, 2009 meetings.
The motion passed unanimously with Sen. Hinkins absent for the vote.
1. SB0052, New Motor Vehicle Franchise Amendments (S. Killpack)
S.B. 52 was not considered.
Sen. Knudson assumed the chair.
2. SB0134, Transportation Funding Amendments (S. Urquhart)
Sen. Urquhart introduced the bill.
Mr. Shurtz spoke for the bill.
MOTION: Sen. Van Tassell moved to pass S.B. 134, Transportation Funding Amendments, out of committee with a favorable recommendation.
The motion passed unanimously.
