             9      General Description:
             10          This bill allows the Division of Wildlife Resources to make rules under which a
             11      disabled veteran may receive a free or reduced price fishing license.
             12      Highlighted Provisions:
             13          This bill:
             14          .    allows the Division of Wildlife Resources to make rules under which a disabled
             15      veteran may receive a free or reduced price fishing license.

             21      ENACTS:
             22          23-19-38.3, Utah Code Annotated 1953

             24      Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
             25          Section 1. Section 23-19-38.3 is enacted to read:
             26          23-19-38.3. Fishing licenses for disabled veterans -- Free or reduced price.
             27           S. (1) .S The division may make rules in accordance with Title 63G, Chapter 3, Utah


             28      Administrative Rulemaking Act, under which a disabled veteran may receive a fishing license
             29      free or at a reduced price.
             29a      S. (2) In making rules under this section, the division shall utilize the same guidelines for disability as
             29b      the United States Department of Veterans Affairs.
