             7      LONG TITLE
             8      General Description:
             9          This bill appropriates money for capital facilities.
             10      Highlighted Provisions:
             11          This bill:
             12          .    appropriates money for capital facilities.
             13      Monies Appropriated in this Bill:
             14          This bill appropriates $113,000,000 from the General Fund for fiscal year 2010-2011
             15      only, to the Capital Budget for Capital Development.
             16      Other Special Clauses:
             17          This bill takes effect on July 1, 2010.
             18      Uncodified Material Affected:
             19      ENACTS UNCODIFIED MATERIAL

             21      Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
             22          Section 1. Appropriation.
             23          (1) There is appropriated from the General Fund for fiscal year 2010-2011 only,
             24      $113,000,000 to the Capital Budget - Capital Development.
             25          (2) It is the intent of the Legislature that the money appropriated under Subsection (1)
             26      be used in the following amounts for the following capital facilities:
             27          (a) $45,000,000 for the Utah Valley University Science Building;


             28          (b) $35,000,000 for the Dixie State College Centennial Commons;
             29          (c) $29,000,000 for the Salt Lake Community College Administrative Complex; and
             30          (d) $4,000,000 for the National Guard Armory Repair.
             31          Section 2. Effective date.
             32          This bill takes effect on July 1, 2010.
