MOTION: Rep. Hendrickson moved to approve the minutes of the January 26, 2010 meeting.
The motion passed unanimously with Rep. Wiley absent for the vote.
H.B. 95 Certification of Voting Equipment Modifications (Rep. D. Aagard)
Rep. Aagard explained the bill to the committee.
MOTION: Rep. Frank moved to pass the bill with a favorable recommendation. The motion passed unanimously.
MOTION: Rep. Wiley moved to place H.B. 95 on the Consent Calendar. The motion passed unanimously.
MOTION: Rep. Hansen moved to adjourn. The motion passed unanimously.
Rep. Grover adjourned the meeting at 9:05 a.m.
