MOTION: Rep. Riesen moved to approve the minutes of the February 26, 2010 meeting. The motion passed unanimously.
H.B. 104 Unlawful Provision of Identifiable Prescription Information (Rep. J. Biskupski)
MOTION: Rep. Daw moved to return H.B. 104 to the Rules Committee. The motion passed unanimously.
S.B. 139 Physician Assistant Amendments (Sen. C. Bramble)
Sen. Bramble explained the bill to the committee and declared a potential conflict of interest.
MOTION: Rep. Daw moved to pass the bill with a favorable recommendation. The motion passed unanimously.
MOTION: Rep. Menlove moved to place S.B. 139 on the Consent Calendar. The motion passed unanimously.
MOTION: Rep. Beck moved to adjourn the meeting. The motion passed unanimously.
