Rep. Mascaro called the meeting to order at 8:47 a.m.

MOTION:     Rep. Watkins moved to approve the minutes of February 22, 2010 meeting. The motion passed unanimously with Rep. Seegmiller absent for the vote.     


S.B. 127    Public Assistance Fraud Amendments (Sen. H. Stephenson) (Rep. J. Dougall)

Nick Bradford, Intern for Sen. Stephenson, explained the bill to the committee, assisted by Janice Macanas, Attorney General's Office.

MOTION:     Rep. Herrod moved to pass the bill with a favorable recommendation. The motion passed unanimously.

Rep. Mascaro ruled the meeting was adjourned at 8:58 a.m.
