1. HB0044 Referendum Ballot Proposition Amendments (F. Hunsaker)
MOTION: Sen. Greiner moved to pass the bill out favorably.
The motion passed unanimously on a vote of 5-0-1.
MOTION: Sen. Knudson moved that HB0044 be placed on the Consent Calendar.
The motion passed unanimously on a vote of 5-0-1.
2. HB0027 Per Diem and Travel Expense Modifications (C. Frank)
MOTION: Sen. Jenkins moved to pass the bill out favorably.
The motion passed unanimously on a vote of 5-0-1.
MOTION: Sen. Jenkins moved that HB0027 be placed on the Consent Calendar.

3. SB0110 Revisor's Statute (M. Dayton)
