Chair Knudson called the meeting to order at 2:06 p.m.

1.     HB0044 Referendum Ballot Proposition Amendments (F. Hunsaker)

     MOTION: Sen. Greiner moved to pass the bill out favorably.

    The motion passed unanimously on a vote of 5-0-1.

     MOTION: Sen. Knudson moved that HB0044 be placed on the Consent Calendar.

    The motion passed unanimously on a vote of 5-0-1.

2.    HB0027 Per Diem and Travel Expense Modifications (C. Frank)

     MOTION: Sen. Jenkins moved to pass the bill out favorably.

    The motion passed unanimously on a vote of 5-0-1.    

    MOTION:
Sen. Jenkins moved that HB0027 be placed on the Consent Calendar.

    The motion passed unanimously on a vote of 5-0-1.

3.    SB0110 Revisor's Statute (M. Dayton)



    John Fellows, General Counsel, spoke to the bill.

     MOTION: Sen. Jenkins moved to pass the bill out favorably.

    The motion passed unanimously on a vote of 5-0-1.

     MOTION: Sen. Jenkins moved that SB0110 be placed on the Consent Calendar.

    The motion passed unanimously on a vote of 5-0-1.

     SJR003, Per Diem and Travel Expense Modifications (J. Valentine), and SB0103 Adverse Possession of Real Property (S. Urquhart), were held.

    The meeting was adjourned at 2:35 p.m. by Chair Knudson.
