     MOTION: Sen. Liljenquist moved to favorably recommend HB 59.

    Motion passed unanimously. 3-0-3

     MOTION: Sen. Greiner moved to place HB59 on consent.

    Motion passed unanimously. 3-0-3

2.      HB0199 Municipal Clerk and Recorder Responsibilities - Rep. B. Last introduced the bill.

     MOTION: Sen. Liljenquist moved to favorably recommend HB 199.

    Motion passed unanimously. 3-0-3
