1.     SB0156 Antitrust Act Amendments (S. Urquhart)
    
Sen. Urquhart introduced the bill.

    Following spoke to the bill:

        Fred Finlinson

     MOTION: Sen. McAdams moved to pass S.B. 156 with favorable recommendation.

    Motion passed, Sen. Greiner voted in opposition with Sen. Robles and Sen. Jenkins absent for the vote.


2.      SB0199 Municipal Boundary Clarification (R. Okerlund)
    
Sen. Okerlund introduced the bill.

     MOTION: Sen. Greiner moved to pass 1st substitute in S.B. 199.

    Motion passed unanimously with Sen. Robles and Sen. Jenkins absent for the vote.

     MOTION: Sen. Jenkins moved to pass H.B. 109 with favorable recommendation.

    Motion passed unanimously with Sen. Robles absent for the vote.

     MOTION: Sen. Jenkins moved to place H.B. 109 on consent.

    Motion passed unanimously with Sen. Robles absent for the vote.
