             16      General Description:
             17          This bill appropriates money for a veterans' home in Washington County.
             18      Highlighted Provisions:
             19          This bill appropriates:
             20          .    for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2011, and ending June 30, 2012, to the Capitol
             21      Budget - Capitol Development, as a one-time appropriation:
             22              .    from the Veterans' Nursing Home Reimbursement Restricted Fund, $6,350,000.
             23      Money Appropriated in this Bill:
             24          This bill appropriates:
             25          .    $6,350,000 for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2011, and ending June 30, 2012.

             29      ENACTS UNCODIFIED MATERIAL

             31      Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
             32          Section 1. Appropriations for construction of a Veterans' home in Washington
             33      County.
             34          Under the terms and conditions of Title 63J, Chapter 1, Budgetary Procedures Act, the
             35      following sums of money are appropriated from resources not otherwise appropriated out of the
             36      funds or accounts indicated for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2011, and ending June 30,
             37      2012. These sums are additions to amounts previously appropriated for fiscal year 2012.
             38          To the Capitol Budget - Capitol Development
             39          From the Veterans' Nursing Home
             40          Reimbursement Fund, One-time                         $6,350,000
             41          Schedule of Programs:
             42              Veterans' Nursing Home - Washington County    $6,350,000
