9 This bill appropriates money for a veterans' home in Washington County.

12 . for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2011, and ending June 30, 2012, to the Capitol
13 Budget - Capitol Development, as a one-time appropriation:
14 . from the Veterans' Nursing Home Reimbursement Restricted Fund, $6,350,000.

23 Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
24 Section 1. Appropriations for construction of a Veterans' home in Washington
25 County.
26 Under the terms and conditions of Title 63J, Chapter 1, Budgetary Procedures Act, the
27 following sums of money are appropriated from resources not otherwise appropriated out of the

28 funds or accounts indicated for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2011, and ending June 30,
29 2012. These sums are additions to amounts previously appropriated for fiscal year 2012.
30 To the Capitol Budget - Capitol Development
31 From the Veterans' Nursing Home
32 Reimbursement Fund, One-time $6,350,000
