Rep. Ray called the meeting to order at 8:10 a.m.

1st Sub. S.J.R. 3    Adult Immunization Awareness Month Joint Resolution
             (Sen. K. Mayne)

Sen. Mayne presented the resolution to the committee.

MOTION:    Rep. Chavez-Houck moved to pass the bill with a favorable recommendation. The motion passed unanimously, with Rep. Clark and Rep. Menlove absent for the vote.

MOTION:    Rep. Vickers moved to place 1st Substitute S.J.R.3 on the Consent Calendar. The motion passed unanimously, with Rep. Clark and Rep. Menlove absent for the vote.

S.B. 48    Alzheimer's State Plan Task Force (Sen. K. Morgan)

Sen. Morgan presented the bill to the committee with the assistance of

MOTION:    Rep. Watkins moved to pass the bill with a favorable recommendation. The motion passed unanimously, with Rep. Clark and Rep. Menlove absent for the vote.
