             9      General Description:
             10          This bill repeals H.B. 477, Laws of Utah 2011, Chapter 16 S. and expresses legislative
             10a      intent .S .
             11      Highlighted Provisions:
             12          This bill:
             13          .    repeals H.B. 477, Laws of Utah 2011, Chapter 16 S. ; and
             13a              expresses legislative intent .S .
             14      Money Appropriated in this Bill:
             15          None
             16      Other Special Clauses:
             17          This bill provides an immediate effective date.

             21      Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
             22          Section 1. Repeal of H.B. 477.
             23          This bill repeals H.B. 477, Laws of Utah 2011, Chapter 16.
             24          Section 2. Effective date.
             25          If approved by two-thirds of all the members elected to each house, this bill takes effect
             26      upon approval by the governor, or the day following the constitutional time limit of Utah
             27      Constitution Article VII, Section 8, without the governor's signature, or in the case of a veto,


             28      the date of veto override.
             28a      S. Section 3. Legislative Intent
             28b      (1) The Legislature intends and requests that the governor convene the Legislature into a
             28c      special session no later than June 24, 2011, to consider changes to government records
             28d      provisions.
             28e      (2) The Legislature intends and requests that:
             28f          (a) the Legislature refer government records issues to one or more interim committees
             28g           for review; and
             28h          (b) those interim committees hold at least two meetings, both of which include
             28i           opportunities for public comment. .S
