22 Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:

24 All rules of Utah state agencies are reauthorized H. [ except for the following:
25 (1) R477-6-5, Human Resource Management, Administration, Compensation,
26 Incentive Awards; and
27 (2) R277-419-5 (E-Exceptions), Education, Administration, Pupil Accounting, Student ] .H
