22 Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
23 Section 1. Rules reauthorized.
24 All rules of Utah state agencies are reauthorized except for the following:
25 (1) R477-6-5, Human Resource Management, Administration, Compensation,
26 Incentive Awards; and
27 (2) R277-419-5 (E-Exceptions), Education, Administration, Pupil Accounting, Student

28 Membership.
29 Section 2. Effective date.
30 If approved by two-thirds of all the members elected to each house, this bill takes effect
31 on May 1, 2012.
