    The Business and Labor Committee reports a favorable recommendation on 1st Sub. H.B. 29, INSURANCE AMENDMENTS, by Representative J. Dunnigan, with the following amendments:

1.    Page 107, Lines 3303 through 3304 :    

             3303          (c) shall make an offer described in Subsection (1)(a)

{   and (b)   } when requested by an

             3304      individual who is applying for coverage.

2.    Page 108, Lines 3315 through 3316 :    

             3315          (c) shall make an offer described in Subsection (1)(a)
{   and (b)   } when requested by a

             3316      small employer group who is applying for coverage.
